Cheapest Waste King H710-U-SN Coronado Hot Water
Buy Waste King H710-U-SN Coronado Hot Water Faucet with Tank, Satin Nickel On Sale, Review I bought the satin nickel unit last week and installed it this week. Shipping was a respectable couple of days and everything arrived as described. The unit works very well, operates with zero noise and has not given me any difficulties to date.
I use this daily and nevertheless love it. I had lots of people warn me that these warm drinking water tanks are inefficient and will increase my electric bill. I use this for instant coffee, warming baby bottles, oatmeal, you name it. Even nevertheless, there hasn’t been even an incremental increase in my bill, extremely suggest this item.
We have had 3 hot drinking water dispensers because remodeling the kitchen some 6 years ago. I very first got the reduced end heater from one more organization, and the tank gave out, so got the upgraded model, exact same company, and also the tank leaked following 2 many years on that 1 as well. I like this 1 better than either of those, initially for 3 reasons.
Adore the high quality and styling, and the safety mechanism built in. Drinking water flow includes a short lag time when handle is depressed allowing removal of anything that ought to not be exposed to truly warm water.
I saw on Amazon that this was a great machine and at a third the price. Simple to install, functions great. The spout is really a very little diameter so if the drinking water is on at full force the very first blast includes a habit of blasting whatever is within the cup right out of it. I turned the pressure down to really reduced and it functions great.

Great Product!
Purchased this item to replace an existing hot water dispenser that had begun to leak after 8 years. While shopping around I got a quote from a local plumbing supply company for a In-sink-erator brand for 0. This cost me 4 on Amazon.com, looks the same as the one at the plumbing supply company, and works wonderfully. Temperature control on the front so it is easy to change if desired. Water is HOT and the design of the faucet is very sleek! Highly recommend this item.

Way better than InSinkErator
I replace a leaking InSinkErator with this one. This one works great. Never hisses or spits as the InSinkErator did, unless you turn it up to maximum heat, very close to boiling. I highly recommend it.

So far, so good.
Had two InSink Erators, and based on current reviews, I decided to try another brand. Last one lasted approx 6 years before it finally leaked - not too bad I guess. This Waste King hot water dispenser works as described, water does get pretty hot. Installation was simple for me as I have had 2 before and are basically all the same. You cannot use your InSink Erator faucet with Waste King tank - InSink Erator is designed to use a vent tube which Waste King does not use. I hope this gives me 6+ years, but so far, so good.
Pros: Cost less than InSink Erator, quick connects are a nice feature (including the small cone filter in the water supply quick connect), this style is sleek and simple looking (Coronado).
Cons: There is a slight delay (1-2 seconds) after you press the lever, the tank is slightly bulky compared to InSink Erator, but not enough to make a big deal over, and it would be nice if it included additional copper tubing with compression nut and sleeve (for valve conncections).

great dispenser
I was looking for an alternative to the insinkerator that I have had for several years. That product had gone through two tanks and the plastic chrome dispenser started to peel badly. Then I started to smell electrical burning from under the sink and I new it was time for a new unit.
I saw the Waste King and the reviews were good, so I made the purchase. This is a far better product than the insinkerator. The dispenser is solid metal and not plastic. The heating unit is stainless steel. Stay away from any unit that is not a stainless steel tank because after a few years they give an off a bad smell. This unit is also very quite compared to insinkerator.
Hookup was standard and it included quick connectors for connecting the supply lines to the unit. You will have to buy some type of shutoff valve to go from your cold water pipe since nothing come with it. Do not use a self piercing saddle valve that punctures the cold water pipe, these things are worthless and you're better off just plumbing it correctly the first time with a good in line shut off valve.
The only thing that I did not like was the hot water tube from the dispense to the heating unit was a rubber hose and not copper like the other two tubes. There was a kink in it from the shipping and it made the water come out of the dispenser in spurts. I was able to shorten the hose which relieved the kink somewhat and then while the hot water was being run through the hose I pinched the kink and after a minute the kink went away and I have not had a problem since.
Other than than that one slight issue it is a great unit and hopefully it will last many years. Once you have one of these hot water dispensers you will never be without one again.

Better than Insinkerator
I had an Insinkerator Hot Water Dispenser and it was trouble from day one. The faucet would stick on, it was a pain to install with such short hoses, 3 tank connections and their customer service was terrible. The Insinkerator failed (tank rusted through) after a few years and I told myself I wasn't going to buy another based on my experiences. I read the reviews on this Waste King and they seemed really good so I purcheased it. It was a lot cheaper than the other brand also.
It is really nicely made. Heavy faucet (I think it's built out of all brass) and the tank seems nicely constructed. I followed the directions and had it installed in about 90 minutes (that included removing the old one). All of the parts were included to do the install. I did have to buy a 1/4" copper tubing bender to bend the copper lines in the direction I needed for connections to the tank. After installing it and filling the tank, I plugged it in and had hot water in about 7 minutes. It operates very quietly and has been great so far.
I contacted their customer service regarding warranty information (what I would need in the event something happened) and they were very helpful.
All in all, I am happy so far. Should something arise, I will update this review.
